- Handle full set of accounts, including bookkeeping and accounting entries - Manage payment collection, track incoming payments, and perform bank reconciliations - Prepare and follow up on delivery orders, invoices, payment vouchers, and statements - Maintain and update proper documentation, files, and financial records in an orderly manner - Support monthly and year-end closing processes and assist with basic financial reports - Assist with claims processing and HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination and documentation - Provide administrative support to the superior, including managing appointments and deadlines - Answer incoming calls and provide customer support or route queries to the appropriate person - Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotel, and restaurant reservations - Run general office errands and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management - Assist in inventory and office supply tracking, placing orders when needed - Support with internal audits by organizing supporting documents - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations REQUIREMENTS - Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with AutoCount accounting system is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities - Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality - Willing to support both accounting and general administrative duties
