Position : Admin Executive Job Description : Providing administrative support to the team and management to ensure that all activities assigned to the delivery of professional services, client engagements and business stream are carried out on schedule and meet services quality standards. Responsibilities : • Provide administrative support to the professional team members • To prepare HR related documents such as employment contract, training registration, transfer, confirmation, termination and etc. • To assist in preparation of insurance scheme & proposal, coverage, claims & settlement and monthly reports for all employees • Collects data and presents periodic, special and current reference and reports • Research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating purchases for the best deals • Audit confirmations – follow up on those outstanding confirmations, scan and distribute on those documents received • Issue the P/O, D/O , invoice, receipt & payment vouchers. • Translates and prepares various documents, project reports, etc. • Coordinates the information flow among the employees in the office • Prioritizes the work and ensures the strict observance of all deadlines and procedures in the course of performance of the tasks • Respond to and follow up all enquiries by phone & email • Maintaining good and effective communication with all stakeholders • Undertake all filing and documents as required • Supporting the team on daily task • Handling other ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned Requirements : • Strong organizational skills • Good interpersonal skill • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities • Good written and verbal communication skills • Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, team player and able to work under pressure • Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English • Self-motivated, a team player, disciplined, committed with high integrity and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Salary : Starting from RM2200+ (Negotiable depending on background and experience) Other Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical.
