Job Description - Support daily operation of Account Receivable (Payment Team) - To check sales policy and collect payment as well as deal with relevant departments for policy issues - To handle Purchase Order, Sales Return and Sales Invoice on daily basis - To monitor inventory and conduct stock takes - To prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis - To prepare and submit relevant report on time - To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required Job Requirements - Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Studies / Administration / Management / Banking or equivalent - Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders) - 1 year of related working experience is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality - Well-organized with strong time management skills
