• To supervise staff and workers, and manage their Retention, Attendance, Overtime. • To administer Leave, Punctuality, Welfare and Benefits, Morale and Training. • To ensure checking and control of Worker’s attitude and discipline, Modification, Improvement, Trouble Shooting and Workers' productivity • To ensure Safety and Security of employees, equipment, material and environment. • To follow-up/check to ensure that all work is done according to work standard. • To train employees and ensure that any 4M changes are duly implemented. • To ensure that all required Work Standards are made and followed by staff and workers • To patrol periodically and ensure that all employees follow clean room regulations. • To ensure that new workers On-Job-Training and qualification is properly carried out and documented. • To pursue continuous self-development in Human Relations. • To promote good teamwork and communication with superiors and subordinates. • To improve working environment and employee morale. • To serve as spokesperson during internal and external foreign worker agents. • To ensure smooth and efficient operation, initiative in action taking in accordance to Company's Rules and Regulations, Work Procedures and implied expectations. • To support matters related to Administration, Personnel and other sections. • To provide for subordinates training, education and training records updating. • Assist In Emergency process • Support on Foreign Worker Management, follow up all Government statutory submission (immigration, KDN, FWCMS & MYEG) & follow up FW visa application, renewal including form filling, prepare documentation and letter. • To assist in monitoring fomema schedule of medical check up • To assist in monitoring foreign worker working permit expiry date • To assist in renewing foreign worker working permit • Participant in recruitment process. • Assist in ad-hoc HR or Admin projects • Support other functions as assigned
