Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment plans based on the company’s strategic goals and hiring needs
- Independently handle job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate recommendations
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions, and engage with potential candidates regularly
- Participate in recruitment data analysis, process improvement, and employer branding initiatives
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment, job fairs, and other hiring events
Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields
- 1+ year of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in tech/startup/internet industries
- Familiar with the full-cycle recruitment process and various sourcing channels
- Strong communication, execution, and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in recruitment systems and office software (e.g., Excel, ATS platforms)
