Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing recruitment plans based on the company’s strategic goals and hiring needs
  • Independently handle job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate recommendations
  • Manage and optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions, and engage with potential candidates regularly
  • Participate in recruitment data analysis, process improvement, and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in organizing campus recruitment, job fairs, and other hiring events

Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in tech/startup/internet industries
  • Familiar with the full-cycle recruitment process and various sourcing channels
  • Strong communication, execution, and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in recruitment systems and office software (e.g., Excel, ATS platforms)
