Digital Marketing Sales Specialist Job responsibilities: • Reaching out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to promote products or services. • Following up on leads generated from marketing efforts and ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up on promptly. • Managing daily sales operations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. • Close incoming sales opportunities, selling the benefits of the products to ensure that short term goals, objects and quotas are met. • Maintains product knowledge by attending training workshops and keeping up to date on product material. • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO 18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX. Qualifications: • Possess 4 years of bachelor’s degree in any science-based programme. Chemistry Science/Biotech or other related medical course will be preferred. • 1-2 years overall work experience with a technical (scientific) background. Experience working in a lab or pursuing research is preferred. • Native Thai with good communication skill in English. • Open to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
