• Application Support Engineer (Native Korean) will provide technical support for the company’s internal and external applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring uptime and performance. • Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues to identify long-term solutions. • Act as a liaison between customers and development teams, escalating unresolved issues and providing feedback to improve application features. • Assist in managing the deployment of software updates, patches, and new releases to production environments. • Provide support for database-related issues within the application, ensuring database queries are optimized for performance. • Must be able to communicate in Korean and able and familiar with Korea Software industry, suppliers and Engineers in Korea. • Must be able to communicate in Korean, familiar with Korean corporate culture and able to work with senior management to develop long-term operational strategies and plans to meet company’s objectives, vision, KPIs and cost management
