JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality & Compliance Analyst with strong domain expertise across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting fundamentals, excellent skills in transaction monitoring, and hands-on experience in auditing, root cause analysis (RCA), and SAP systems (specifically FICA and VIM). This role is critical in driving process excellence, ensuring compliance, and enhancing service delivery through proactive quality management and continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor financial transactions and calls to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. • Identify failures and non-compliances and escalate to relevant stakeholders with proposed corrective actions. • Provide feedback to agents and team leaders based on monitoring findings. • Conduct regular process and floor audits across R2R, P2P, and OTC to assess process adherence and execution gaps. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on transaction monitoring errors and weak performances. • Prepare and implement corrective action plans. • Create huddle packs based on RCA outcomes to improve team awareness and performance. • Collect, analyze, and report on performance data with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service levels. • Initiate and lead Six Sigma and Lean projects • Improve process metrics, drive behavioral change, and reduce operational costs. • Support and implement de-risking plans and quality initiatives to strengthen process controls. • Develop and implement a robust transaction sampling plan and lead internal calibration and feedback sessions. • Participate in client calibration sessions and provide data-driven insights on performance deviations. • Conduct trainings and floor awareness sessions to increase compliance and mitigate risks. • Ensure knowledge bases are consistently updated and aligned with the latest process updates. • Gather, analyze, and act on customer complaints and escalations by implementing timely corrective actions. • Track and report the status and effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure long-term stability. • Document and share best practices across teams and processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Drive consistency and standardization in quality assessment frameworks and performance measurement. REQUIREMENTS :  In-depth knowledge of R2R, P2P, and OTC finance operations is mandatory.  Strong command over accounting principles and fundamentals is mandatory.  6+ years of proven experience in quality audits, transaction monitoring, and RCA implementation.  4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICA and VIM modules is mandatory.  2+ years into Six Sigma / Lean methodologies; Green Belt certification required.  5+ years experience in using data analysis, reporting tools (Advanced Excel and Qliksense/Looker) mandatory.  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training delivery skills.  Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
