Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:- • To lead a team of building and management staff. • To communicate and update the MC members on the relevant progress of issues and problems during meetings. • Inspect M&F matters within the building. • Liaise with building occupier and clients on the day to day operation issues. • Review M&E and non M&E contracts and preparation of technical reports. • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external parties on all issue regarding to the building • Responsible for the coordination and management of general building security, safety maintenance and welfare of occupants. • To ensure all the equipment’s and system are in compliance with the relevant by-laws. • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building facilities such as electrical installations, plumbing fixtures and building services. • To control maintenance budget. • To convene an AGM. • Responsible for handling scheduled monthly meetings with the Management Committee (MC). • Arrange necessary meetings with other Management Officers within P3, including the two Management Officers overseeing Naza Tower and MOF, respectively. You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Directors of the firm.
