What You’ll Do: - Maintain and strengthen existing markets, ensuring market share and expanding related business opportunities through current channels. - Collect and deliver client feedback on quality, business, and technical matters to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. - Lead business negotiations, manage contract signing, oversee implementation progress, and ensure timely payment collection. - Prepare annual sales forecasts, semi-annual and monthly sales summaries, delivery forecasts, production orders, and maintain accurate customer and order data. - Regularly report key market trends, client needs, and target achievement progress to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or industrial sector. - Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
