Duties: Responsible and involved in full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and other HR related matters. Oversee & handle payroll Conduct full cycle of recruitment; from ad placement, candidates sourcing, conducting interviews, to on-boarding and orientation of new hires. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations by overseeing the monthly payroll processing. Compensation & benefits such as salary benchmarking exercise, annual performance management exercise, annual salary and position review, bonus, staff insurance and benefits. Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting. Conduct exit interviews, and clearance including managing disciplinary issues, grievances and handling termination of employment cases. Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior and head office. Requirements: Degree in Human Resource or related discipline Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks. Effective communicator is essential to engage stakeholders at all levels. Possess good working knowledge of the Local Employment Act and its related regulations. A team player, highly motivated and energetic.
