Identify and acquire new clients in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and semiconductor. Sell moving services, including machinery relocation, heavy equipment transportation, and factory relocation. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Conduct client visits, understand their needs, and provide customized crating and moving solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations for seamless project execution. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support. 3. Sales & Revenue Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management. Develop sales forecasts and budgets aligned with company objectives. Identify market trends and new revenue opportunities. 4. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of packing and moving projects. Provide input on customer requirements to enhance service offerings. Support internal teams in project planning, execution, and quality assurance.
