II) Essential Job Functions Candidate will perform any or all of the following: • Log in all booking into system. • Verify information given and checking destination routes. • Confirm order, assign order, monitor and tracking movement. • Record time of departure and destination on the daily report. • Arrival meet and greet and usher guest to waiting Limousines. • Assist with guest luggage as and when required. • Inform reception manager, concierge or guest relation officers when VIP on their way to the hotel. • Update information about guests arrival or departure in the report. Any changes on arrival and departure flight must be reported to superior and related personal. • If there is a problem while on duty, must be discussed and report to Station Head to resolve the issue immediately. • Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedures to solve customers problems, maintains a pleasant and professional image. • Must follow the working schedule properly. Any changes to be reported and approved by Station Head. • Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel. • Perform any related duties as assigned or requested.
