Perform full set of retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment/deduction Calculate staff’s OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records Manage employee personnel file and data management Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position Assist in reviewing retail staff’s KPI Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties Requirements: - SPM or above qualifications - Strong attention to detail - Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as some of the data needs to be entry in Mandarin) - Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point - Able to start work immediately will be an advantage Diploma or Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
