RETAIL INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the stockroom to ensure efficiency, productivity, and organization. Ensure smooth workflow for back-area staff. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, evaluate stock in the stockroom, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability. Employee Supervision: Assist the Store Manager with employee administration, including scheduling for back-area staff and warehouse team. Provide training, evaluate employee performance, and promote team development. Delivery & Product Quality: Handle and resolve complaints related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, and product quality. Organization & Accuracy: Ensure that the warehouse is well-organized, with precise and accurate inventory control and management. Visual Standards: Maintain visual standards for stockroom displays and signage to ensure a neat and organized workspace. Your Role: You will report directly to the Store Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stock management, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
