Job Responsibilities : - Process daily online order from our own website (Webstore), Shopee and Lazada. - Receive and print all the order details from all online platforms to arrange for stock packaging and courier. - Pick all the ordered items from store and send to packer for packing or directly to customer that choose to pick up themselves. - Ensure the availability of each stock on shelves and restock if stocks are running out. - Arrange all incoming stocks on the shelves. - Carry out interval stock take. - To attend to all the customer service, reply customer inbox / Whatsapp / live chat / calls / email-enquiries. - Handle complaints, or any return and refund from customers if there is any. - Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements: - Malaysian - Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply. - With or without experience. (preferable with experience). - Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills. - Well groomed, work hard and self efficient. - Work OT as necessary and required. - Able to work in team and able to start work immediately.
