Job Overview: Finance & Accounting • Oversee and manage, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial functions to ensure the financial health of the company. • Process invoicing to clients. • Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections. • Process customer invoices and monitor payments accordingly. • Handle company petty cash. • To handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Human Resources & Payroll • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and codes of conduct • Ensure compliance with labor laws (Employment Act) and maintain HR policies. • Understanding of compensation and benefits • Responsible for payroll processing, salary adjustments, and calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, employment contracts, resignations, and exit interviews. • Administer and maintain proper employees' records • Process training needs application and submission for HRDF grant • Provide timely responses to general HR inquiries related to policies, employment laws, and best practices. • Monitoring and managing employee contract renewals. • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and conduct disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws. • Manage client agreements & billing negotiations. • Maintain company records, employee files, and confidential documents. • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews and career development. • To handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Administration & Compliance • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. • Coordinate office security, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. • Oversee the timely renewal of company licenses. • Familiar with Government Board on all aspects of HR matters such as permits, tax, grants, migrant worker quota application and others • Ad hoc Human Resource and Administrative task given
