Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in wooden crating, logistics, and industrial moving services. Identify and acquire new clients in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and semiconductor. Sell moving services, including machinery relocation, heavy equipment transportation, and factory relocation. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Conduct client visits, understand their needs, and provide customized crating and moving solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations for seamless project execution. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support. 3. Sales & Revenue Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management. Develop sales forecasts and budgets aligned with company objectives. Identify market trends and new revenue opportunities. 4. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of packing and moving projects. Provide input on customer requirements to enhance service offerings. Support internal teams in project planning, execution, and quality assurance. Key Requirements: 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics, packaging, or industrial moving services. Strong track record in selling machinery relocation, crating, and heavy lifting services. 2. Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and meet sales goals. 3. Industry & Market Knowledge: Familiarity with wooden packaging, machinery moving, and logistics operations. Knowledge of export packaging standards, ISPM 15 compliance, and industrial equipment transportation. 4. Personal Attributes: Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in seeking new business opportunities. Ability to build strong networks with industry professionals. Willingness to travel within Malaysia for client meetings and site visits.
