- Input data into accounting systems such as Auto Count, HR2000, QuickBooks, or ERP software
- Prepare payment vouchers, credit notes, and debit notes
- Assist in monthly closing and bank reconciliation

- Follow up on outstanding payments (Accounts Receivable/Payable)
- Help prepare financial reports or ledgers
- Ensure transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in tracking expenses and maintaining petty cash

- Support in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor and maintain records of incoming and outgoing funds
- Help with audits by preparing required documentation
- Liaise with banks for payments, deposits, or statements
- Maintain financial databases or spreadsheets
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal info)
- Assist with recruitment process (e.g., scheduling interviews, calling candidates)
- Prepare documents like offer letters, contracts, and memos
- Help process payroll and staff claims
- Coordinate staff training and onboarding
- Ensure HR files are properly organized and confidential
- Support in employee engagement activities (e.g., company events)
