Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive for the automotive parts industry. This role involves crafting and implementing strategic online and content campaigns to attract, engage, encourage customer to make purchases and to build customer loyalty via webstore or marketplace. As an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive, you will report to the Dept Manager and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage stock replenishment and inventory updates on ecommerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and on our webstore. Ensure consistent product mapping, promotional updates, user experience, functionality, and brand consistency on our ecommerce platforms. Prepare and upload product listings and content details, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Dept Manager to execute ecommerce marketing plans. Coordinate with internal and external team members to streamline the fulfillment process. Provide exceptional customer support by managing online platform orders and responding to customer queries and feedback. Online Sales analysis with weekly / monthly reporting. Prepare and execute social media digital marketing plans. Work closely with multimedia designers for any preparation and roll out of digital creative assets. Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plans to further enhance the campaign result and achieve the campaign's KPI (e.g. contingency plan). Monitor competitor’s Social Media activities, results and provide adequate analysis. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
