Job Description : 1. To assist R&D engineer in daily R&D activities and analytical method development under the scope of home and personal care products. 2. To conduct physicochemical, performance and stability tests of raw materials and formulated laundry detergent and personal care products. 3. To determine and improve process parameters, include but not limited to the evaluation of product stability, functionality, characteristics, efficacy, etc. 4.To compile, translate and update various documents, including testing protocol, product standard, etc. 5. To perform any ad-hoc testing or experiments as per requested by the department head and provide support to headquarter technical needs. 6.To provide technical support for QA department in respect to analytical equipment (e.g.GC, HPLC), method validation and optimization. 7. To understand local market product and provide technical support for R&D of local products. 8. To ensure the smooth running of the laboratory by maintaining safety, 5S and good housekeeping of the laboratory including equipment. Requirements : 1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline (e.g. Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science). 2.Good understanding of current and future trend under the scope of laundry detergent and personal care, customer's needs, and preferences. 3. Laboratory experiences is necessary. 4. Knowledge and experience on analytical instrument covering HPLC and GC and other related analytical techniques is a plus. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 6.Exposure to 1S0 9001:2008, Halal and GMP standard requirement is an added advantage. 7.Possess good interpersonal skills. 8. Proactive and positive work attitude. 9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
