  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description • Manage the company's presence on various online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and the official website. • Responsible for submitting marketplace campaigns, uploading products, and managing advertisements. • Plan and execute sales campaigns, collaborating with marketing teams to drive online sales and revenue. • Process online orders efficiently and issue accurate sales invoices. • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, including order fulfillment and logistics coordination. • Ensure product information, including pricing and stock quantity, is accurate and up-to-date. • Handle live chat interactions on online platforms, addressing customer inquiries, comments, and complaints regarding the company's products. • Be adaptable and willing to take on other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce marketplace operation. 2. Knowledge in Sitegiant is an advantage. 3. Good knowledge with social media platform & willing to update to recent trend. 4. SPM, Diploma or a Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communication or any related field. 5. Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 6. Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (both verbal & written). 7. Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
