Responsible for day-to-day administration including office, equipment, and utilities maintenance and office supplies. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update internal database. Develop and maintain efficient filing system. Maintain and order office supplies and maintenance for office equipment and office supplies. Assist Human Resources function including staff activities preparation. Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Candidate must have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Candidate must possess ability to work multi-tasking and be self-discipline.
