  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job description

  • GL - month-end & year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliation & schedule, bank reconciliation checking, depreciation schedule and intercompany transactions.
  • Support AR/AP Team if required - month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise closely with other team on accounting related matters.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Familiar with GL (Assets, liabilities, equity, revenue and expenses).
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and general ledger functions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
