Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, video) to create high-performing ads, landing pages, and digital assets, ensuring they are optimized for SEO and usability across devices. Track tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects using project management tools while maintaining coordination with team members to meet deadlines and objectives. Manage ad spend across various brands and platforms, overseeing invoicing, payments, and billing processes to ensure budget alignment and financial control. Optimize digital assets such as text, graphics, and multimedia content for search engine optimization (SEO) and display across devices, ensuring the highest engagement and relevance. Review and refine ad copy, landing pages, and other digital assets to ensure clarity, engagement, and alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy. Act as a strategic partner to the Brand Manager, contributing ideas, insights, and innovative marketing strategies that complement broader marketing goals and sales channels. Conduct and manage online marketing initiatives, including paid ads, affiliate programs, sponsorships, email promotions, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze web metrics like visits, time on site, page views, and revenue, providing actionable insights for optimization of digital marketing activities and website exposure. Collaborate with marketing staff to integrate digital strategies across channels, ensuring a unified approach to branding, sales, and customer engagement. QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you work well with designers, writers, videographers, and managers Highly organized, proactive, and performance-focused Bonus: Experience in social impact, sustainability, or mission-driven organizations.
