We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is key to managing incoming inquiries related to our products, technologies, programs, policies, and services. You’ll be the voice of the company—providing timely, professional, and helpful support across multiple channels to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, delivering prompt and professional assistance. - Understand customer needs and route queries to the appropriate sales or technical specialists. - Validate and register customer profiles accurately in the system. - Provide general product information, explain licensing and support policies, and direct customers to the relevant resources or websites. - Clearly communicate solutions and resolution outcomes to customers. - Verify Product IDs (PIDs) to ensure support is provided to valid clients. - Follow standard procedures, including call handling workflows, data entry protocols, and complaint management guidelines. Requirements: - Minimum SPM or secondary school qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience. - Diploma or higher qualification – fresh graduates are welcome to apply! - Proficient in Mandarin (Simplified) and English (both written and spoken). - Basic understanding of digital products. - Familiarity with technical support tools and processes is an advantage.
