JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Prepare, coordinate, and oversee equipment operations to support production and project requirements. 2.Develop, update, and manage equipment schedules to align with production timelines, internal customer demand, and delivery commitments. 3.Collaborate with production planners, program leaders, area leaders, and supervisors to ensure equipment availability aligns with manufacturing schedules. 4.Optimize equipment usage, including curing slots, to minimize idle time, power waste, and improve operational efficiency. 5.Adjust schedules as needed due to program changes, material shortages, or unforeseen disruptions, working closely with the Integrated Program Team (IPT). 6.Monitor and track equipment performance, ensuring timely calibration, servicing, and repairs. 7.Maintain accurate records of equipment schedules, utilization, downtime, and maintenance activities. 8.Manage the availability and procurement of tools, jigs, fixtures, and consumables required for production. 9.Provide regular status updates and address scheduling conflicts or challenges with management. 10.Actively support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S programs, and Self-Managing Team (SMT) activities.
