JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. - Proven experience in creating and managing online advertising campaigns. - Experience in a retail or similar industry is a plus. - Must have own transport to reach the office as there is no public or LRT available. - Age group: 28 to 40 years old. - Malaysian citizen. Job Description: - Create creative marketing content and update the brand website, and social media platforms to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant, and engaging. - Monitor and ensure each online advertising (adv-set) performs well and generates a good return on investment. - Prepare a Digital/Online Advertisement Performance Report for management every week. - Work alongside with Marketing/Brand and Product team to plan, propose, execute, and monitor the online promotion calendar in synergy with offline promotion. - Ensure brand and design principles are followed accordingly so the brand is represented in the digital space as per brand guidelines. - Execute design templates through Canva and/or collaborate with the designer for digital marketing assets creation to improve user experience and engagement where needed. - Monitor ongoing brand presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) - Track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) and create timely reports across the digital portfolio. - Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels with day-to-day responsibility for the company's CRM system (database management). - Monitor marketing and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms. - Monitor competitor social media, websites, and email newsletters and keep On file best practices. - Assist where required over event weekends for social media broadcast, to execute social media implementation and manage responses. - Work across the marketing /retail team to ensure all events & activities are in line with digital platforms. - Online community management and support online comments, feedback, and inquiries promptly along with the social media team. - Assist and coordinate campaign shoots as required by the marketing team. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
