Job Responsibilities: - Manage daily financial tasks and operations for the company. - Review accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) plans before processing invoices or payments. - Handle cash flow management, including planning and monitoring. - Maintain and update the General Ledger, ensure accurate financial reporting, and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. - Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis. - Manage intercompany billing and reconciliations. - File Sales and Service Tax (SST) returns every bi-monthly in compliance with Malaysian regulations. - Work with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries on audits, taxes, and compliance matters. - Assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or management. Job Requirement - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards - In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues. - Proficiency in managing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. - Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities, and to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
