  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: MOULD DESIGNER SPECIALIST MEIBAN TECHNOLOGIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks MOULD DESIGNER SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Design complex multi-cavity injection moulds using CAD software • Develop 2-plate, 3-plate, and hot runner mould designs based on part requirements. • Expertise in 3D CAD modeling and surfacing • 2D detailed drafting of components, BOMs, and assemblies. • Design insert molds and modular cavity systems. • Work with multi-user design platforms and PDM systems. • Create electrode designs for EDM • Design collapsible core, unscrewing cores, lifters, and slides for undercut features. • Design cooling circuits for optimized cycle time and temperature control. • Design of stack moulds and family moulds for volume production. • Design precision jigs and fixtures for CNC machining, welding, and inspection. • Integrate zero-point clamping and modular fixture systems. • Design assembly jigs with poka-yoke features for error prevention. • Develop welding jigs with cooling channels and thermal expansion tolerance. • Design inspection fixtures using datum targets based on GD&T. • Create lifting and handling fixtures for heavy moulds and dies. • Develop end-of-arm tooling for robotic applications. • Generate electrode burn drawings and clearance details. • Provide 2D mould assembly and component drawings to toolmakers. • Assist in die spotting and mould assembly. • Define critical tolerance stack-ups for mould components. • Recommend high-speed steel or hardened inserts in wear zones. • Coordinate with CNC, EDM, and grinding departments for tool path planning. • Provide technical documentation for toolroom fabrication. • Support jig and fixture machining with datum references and setup guides. • Review mould tryout results and adjust design accordingly. • Support engineers and machinists during mould trial and validation. • Calculate mould shrinkage factors based on material properties. • Design and optimize sprue, runner, and gate layout. Requirements The required skills for the position MOULD DESIGNER SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years’ experience in MOULD DESIGNING Proficient in 3D CAD software Skilled in 2D drafting and creating Familiar with mold standard components Experience in designing jigs, fixtures, and modular tooling. Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement techniques. Experience with CMM, 3D scanning, and inspection fixtures.
