DESIGNATION : Teacher

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess, plan, and implement lessons to help each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals.
  • Create suitable timetables and weekly lesson plans.
  • Prepare all teaching materials, equipment, and resources required for daily lessons.
  • Select and creatively use instructional methods and materials appropriate to students and learning activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times (e.g., during meals, bath time, rest time, recess, excursions).
  • Maintain a stimulating, clean, and appropriate classroom environment to encourage positive learning behavior.
  • Complete the assigned class register and lesson review daily.
  • Maintain regular records for children's individual files and complete yearly progress reports for each child.
  • Assist in planning and supervising field trips, even if outside normal working hours.
  • Supervise indoor and outdoor play and group activities.
  • Maintain tidiness and accept responsibility for assigned areas within the Centre.
  • Maintain good attendance, dress, and discipline at all times.
  • Establish regular contact with parents, with the knowledge of management.
  • Attend training courses as required by management.
  • Maintain professional conduct when dealing with students, parents, visitors, donors, sponsors, and colleagues.
  • Provide constructive feedback to parents and management regarding students' development.
  • Offer recommendations to management to uphold best practices and service excellence at the Centre.
  • Assist and participate in fundraising programs at the Centre.
  • Attend to other reasonable requests or assistance from the Supervisor of the Centre.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum qualification of SPM level.
  • Relevant educational background and teaching experience.
