Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of departments. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that delivers a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Write compelling job descriptions and promote them on relevant platforms
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ fit
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback loops with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction)
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills using various platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating a diverse and inclusive hiring process
