Are you a software sales or channel sales professional with a proven track record of success? Do you have experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as our Partner Manager.

What you will do
  • Develop and implement a channel partner program for Materialise software
  • Manage the partner program, including identifying new business opportunities, recruiting channel partners, negotiating partner agreements, and supporting partner sales
  • Create and facilitate sales training for onboarding new partners
  • Track and report sales metrics, forecast monthly sales, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Provide overall relationship management and act as the central point of contact for channel resellers and distributors, establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively coordinate with partners to develop and execute business plans with mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Manage sales and partners' marketing activities to generate revenue
  • Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including support, service, and management, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Manage potential channel conflicts with other company sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and ensuring strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Develop sales opportunities in various industry segments across APAC (excluding China, Korea, and Japan) for the Materialise software suite by hunting for new business (end users and those interested in creating 3D printing machines) and managing a network of partners
Your profile
  • Degree in business, engineering, or computer science; at least 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the software industry
  • Experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a must
  • Experience working with channel partners such as value-added resellers and distributors is required
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Open to traveling 20% to 30% of the time
  • Strong networking skills
  • Experience developing a channel sales program is a plus
