  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Executive to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for handling customer service support and logisic arrangement via phone calls and Whatsapp. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations, while also identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee daily operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including customer service, logistic arrangement and stock management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies: Analyze and optimize daily operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with bakers and drivers

Requirements:-

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Understanding bakery and cake industry is a plus point!
  • Good communication and coordination skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin speaker is a plus point
  • Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative
  • Able to work in Competitive environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
