  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Assistant Finance Manager will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments

What you'll be doing

  • Preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitor cash balances and cash management activities
  • Generate and review journal entries and ensure compliance accounting policies
  • Perform analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, an opportunity for improvement
  • Work with Group Finance to ensure compliance, accurate and timely reporting
  • Timely preparation of audit reports, tax computation & transfer pricing documents.
  • Maintain strong relationship with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of SAP ERP from Dynamic AX
  • Any ad – hoc duties as required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Finance/Accounting or related fields
  • At least 5+ years accounting experience in MANUFACTURING environment.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Advanced Excel abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when is necessary in order to meet the deadlines
  • Ability to partner with a range of stakeholders from finance and non-finance backgrounds to drive performance
  • Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
