PURCHASING OFFICER CUM WAREHOUSE
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
3. At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana, Selangor.
6. Possess own transport & willing to travel.
7. Full-Time position available.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Purchasing and procurement functions.
2. Preparing enquiries, purchase order & and related documents.
3. Follow up delivery of purchase goods and & co-ordinate with store/warehouse team for storage.
4. Sourcing information from suppliers, negotiation with suppliers for better commercial benefits, terms and conditions & cost control.
5. Responsible on operation of store and inventory management of the warehouse department.
6. Responsible for the accurate received, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods on a timely basis.
7. Maintain complete updated purchasing records / data and pricing in the system.
8. Physical stock verification, preparation of monthly stock statements / reports as per timeline.
To match and verify supplier invoices / delivery order against submissions of all invoices.
Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery order to Finance Departments

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
