We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in Malaysia.
We specialize in providing Sleep and Respiratory (diagnostics/therapy) products and services to hospitals, sub-acute facilities, clinics, and home healthcare. Committed to excellence, we strive to deliver high-quality patient care in both hospital and home settings.
Responsabilities:
- Manage, develop an execute sales and marketing plans for the sleep and respiratory product portfolio to achieve growth.
- Identify and build new business opportunities, opening new markets, and exploring potential growth areas to meet yearly sales targets.
- Participate in business development efforts for new markets and hospital tender preparations.
- Conduct KOL engagements and customer-centric professional education activities.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Oversee and mentor the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop team members to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience in market analysis, forecasting, and business development.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales/marketing team to achieve performance targets.
- Ability to provide coaching, training, and professional development to team members.
- Strong decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
