As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in refining our marketing strategy.

Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics. You will gain hands-on experience in handling confidential information, preparing professional documents and presentations, conducting industry research, and supporting communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other team members and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives or other team members.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
