· To perform and provide support in the day to day general office administration functions.
· To maintain effective filling system and upkeep of employee records.
· Assist superior for full spectrum of Administrative work including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Staffing, Time Management, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development and employee relations.
· To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
· To ensure the entire Admin Operations functions are in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures, policies and guidelines.
· Handle and advise management on disciplinary issues and employee relation matters.
· To facilitate preparation and/or improvement of admin policies and procedures.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
