Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including filing, issuing internal memos, answering calls and others.
  • Responsible in preparing HR related letters.
  • Compile and update all employees’ personal records, leaves, MC, green cards and others.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Received job applications, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Process new hires, posting changes and staff movements such as salary increase, promotions, terminations, resignation and confirmation.
  • Managing various aspects of training for employees within the company.
  • Perform any other related duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Superior.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Good organization skills with ability to multitask.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
