Job Descriptions:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support including filing, issuing internal memos, answering calls and others.
- Responsible in preparing HR related letters.
- Compile and update all employees’ personal records, leaves, MC, green cards and others.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Received job applications, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Process new hires, posting changes and staff movements such as salary increase, promotions, terminations, resignation and confirmation.
- Managing various aspects of training for employees within the company.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Good organization skills with ability to multitask.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
