Job Descriptions:

  • Assist on preparation of monthly salary (calculate on deduction of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
  • Calculate staff claim and overtime based on monthly basis.
  • Check and prepare payment voucher on related transaction.
  • Organize and manage filling for documented payment. Prepare other administrative expenses payment.
  • Scan, file, and log accounting documents.
  • To liaise with government agency and private sector regarding account related task.
  • Collect and record all receipts statement and invoices received.
  • To assist HOA and Admin team when needed.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Good organization skills with ability to multitask.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
