Job Descriptions:
- Assist on preparation of monthly salary (calculate on deduction of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
- Calculate staff claim and overtime based on monthly basis.
- Check and prepare payment voucher on related transaction.
- Organize and manage filling for documented payment. Prepare other administrative expenses payment.
- Scan, file, and log accounting documents.
- To liaise with government agency and private sector regarding account related task.
- Collect and record all receipts statement and invoices received.
- To assist HOA and Admin team when needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Good organization skills with ability to multitask.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
