  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Operation

  • Responsible for handling a large group of contract workers.
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising contract workers, provide training and monitoring work process.
  • Ensure all online orders completed within 48 hours.
  • To monitor closely any outstanding orders.
  • Ensure PPA (Post Pick Audit) will be done on all picked orders.
  • To communicate with delivery partners on daily basis to ensure all completed orders is pick up on time.
  • To perform other duties as may be directed by superior.
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is compliant with health & safety rules and regulations.

B) Reports

  • Productivity Report - Picking/Packing and etc.
  • To generate into OOS report and take immediate action with the respective team.
  • To collaborate with other departments in supporting their activities that impact the company KPIs.
  • To support Management Team for any GDPMD/GDP Audit/Project.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/E-Commerce or relevant studies.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce handling or warehouse management.
  • Experience with WMS or any related Warehouse System.
  • Have a strong communication skill, good team player initiative, passionate and pleasant personality.
  • Must be able to work on shift rotation, work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Experience in e-Commerce will be added advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
