ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (account payable)
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role involves preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and providing support for financial planning and analysis.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Perform daily accounts payable entries.
2. Enter and code financial transactions appropriately.
3. Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings.
4. Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.
5. Make and track payments.
6. Make bank deposits and keep up records.
7. Track expenses related to projects and jobs.
8. Validate invoices against items or services received.
9. Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
10. Key data into a company accounting system.
11. Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
12. Perform duties as and when required by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma, Degree in accounting or finance.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, internship, or coursework in accounting is preferred.
- FRESH GRADUATED COMPLETE INTERNSHIP ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the finance field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
