Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The role requires the candidate to provide excellent customer service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders and returns, and managing customer satisfaction and experience. The role also involves coordination between customers and our bakers.

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Daily Reporting

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
