Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and organize HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment forms.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings on various job boards, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and helping new hires complete required paperwork.
Employee Records and Data Management:
- Ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and stored securely.
- Help with data entry for HR systems and assist in generating reports.
- Manage filing systems (both physical and digital) for employee records and HR documents.
Employee Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
- Assist in distributing HR policies and ensuring employees are aware of company guidelines and procedures.
- Help in organizing employee events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Payroll and Benefits Assistance:
- Provide support to the payroll and benefits administration team by preparing payroll documentation and verifying employee information.
- Assist employees with questions related to benefits enrollment, leaves of absence, and other HR-related inquiries.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports and gathering data as required by the HR department.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
