Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare and organize HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment forms.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

Recruitment Assistance:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings on various job boards, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and helping new hires complete required paperwork.

Employee Records and Data Management:

  • Ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and stored securely.
  • Help with data entry for HR systems and assist in generating reports.
  • Manage filing systems (both physical and digital) for employee records and HR documents.

Employee Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
  • Assist in distributing HR policies and ensuring employees are aware of company guidelines and procedures.
  • Help in organizing employee events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Payroll and Benefits Assistance:

  • Provide support to the payroll and benefits administration team by preparing payroll documentation and verifying employee information.
  • Assist employees with questions related to benefits enrollment, leaves of absence, and other HR-related inquiries.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and gathering data as required by the HR department.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
