
Management Trainee Admin and Operations (Mandarin speaker)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist head of the administrative department to lead and manage team.
2. Monitor and update stock inventory.
3. Process invoices, purchase orders and resolve all potential order issues.
4. Follow up on all outstanding undelivered orders.
5. Plan restock and shipments based on customers’ demand, orders and statistics reports.
6. Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading.
7. Source for reliable and efficient transport companies to work with.
8. Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders, shipping and transport companies for nall incoming and outgoing shipments.
9. Organize & execute proper paper work & filing of documents.
10. Facilitate smooth operations between the administrative and warehouse departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
