Key Objectives:

  • To deliver an exceptional level of customer service at every opportunity, providing the highest standards of service, interaction and guest journey to all guests visiting the attraction.
  • Achievement all departmental key KPI and Mystery Guest targets.
  • To promote and maximise opportunities to educate and promote conservation, ensuring that the key messages to our guests is conveyed in a fun and entertaining way.
  • Promote conservation through an immersive experience – to deliver up to date, educational, engaging, entertaining and accurate daily talks, tours, workshops and experiences to all our guests which promote the SEA LIFE Brand.
  • To maximise revenue when working in LLM Admissions by selling and upselling SEA LIFE tickets, Packages and High Yield experiences.
  • To adhere to the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Entertainment, Education and Admission Host “Duties Checklist” at all times in the workplace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations
  • Provide a first class service to all guests in all customer facing areas, to ensure you demonstrate a clear commitment to being 100% guest-focused, ensuring that guests needs and expectations are met and you are delivering against key business KPI’s.
  • Supporting the operation by following the daily schedule provided by the Team Leader at the start of each shift.
  • Carry out departmental duties while ensuring the safety of all customers and staff at all times.
  • To deal with any basic customer service issues or enquiries independently, confidently.

  • Proactively add value to guests by highlighting souvenir and tour opportunities
  • Promote a fun learning environment with a conservational message to support the SEA LIFE brand requirements
  • Feedback to line manager thoughts and ideas especially about site presentation, including signage where all information is correct and mistakes are reported.
  • Proactively add value to guests when working in LLM Admissions by selling and upselling certain SEA LIFE experiences and packages.
