- Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- To ensure payroll datelines are met
- Manage and ensure all employees database is accurate/up-to-date
- Monitor on probation period/confirmation date for the probationer
- Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual)
- Preparation of HR Department correspondences of HR letters
- Handling employee counseling, misconduct investigation, grievances
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Organize and schedule appointments for managers or other staff members.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms as required.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports by compiling and organizing data.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for documents, reports, and other paperwork.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures, including ensuring that they are up to date and accessible.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to ensure that the office has the necessary materials and equipment to operate smoothly.
- Maintain contact lists for staff members, clients, and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,520.70 per month
