Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations and energy efficiency.
- Collect and track monthly maintenance and sinking fund fees.
- Organize AGM/EGM and prepare reports for JMB/MC meetings.
- Handle payments for insurance, property taxes, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Liaise with service providers (security, cleaning, landscaping, IT) and local authorities for inspections/licensing.
- Oversee building maintenance (swimming pool, lifts, plumbing, CCTV, etc.) with third-party suppliers.
- Address tenant/parcel owner complaints and requests.
- Perform general administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc management requests.
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Data entry into accounting packages
- IT savvy and comfortable with technology (Windows, MS Office)
- Knowledge in Strata Management Act (ACT 757) is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
