  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our growing team as part of our expansion. This role will contribute to the success of our high-end residential and commercial projects by delivering innovative design solutions, collaborating with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop creative and functional design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, gather measurements, and evaluate site conditions.
  • Engage in client engagement activities, including meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Develop concept design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and preliminary layouts to present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce detail design work, refining concepts into precise plans with attention to aesthetics, functionality, and client specifications.
  • Prepare construction drawings, including detailed blueprints, elevations, and specifications for use by the construction team.
  • Coordinate with vendors for material selection, procurement, and ensuring alignment with design intent and project timelines.
  • Perform site visits & inspections during construction to ensure design integrity, quality standards, and adherence to plans.
  • Create and revise design documentation using industry-standard software.
  • Stay updated on design trends, building codes, and construction techniques to enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist in project budgeting and scheduling as it relates to design deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain organized records of design files, client feedback, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design softwares.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-completion design work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
